GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions shall apply to all products and services rendered by Latcom Horizons II LLC, “MiTopUp Inc”., hereinafter as “MiTopUp”

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Prepaid cellular services.
The customer registers and buys prepaid cellular packages on www.MiTopUp.com website and/or MiTopUp's App.
REGISTRATION
The customer must accept the general terms and conditions to use repaid cellular services. The customer gives directly, or indirectly to our agents on the web browser under www.MiTopUp.com the following information:
· First Name
· Last Name
· Contact Phone Number
· Email Address
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTS
In using the Products and Services provided by MiTopUp, the Customer must not engage in any action:
· that is abusive, illegal, or fraudulent.
· that causes the Network to be impaired or damaged.
When the Customer is in breach of its obligations mentioned above, MiTopUp may suspend the Customer's use of the Products and Services. MiTopUp will notify the Customer as soon as reasonably practicable of the suspension. During any period of suspension, the Customer shall continue to pay all charges under this Agreement in respect of the suspended Services.
TERMS AND TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
The agreement between MiTopUp and the customer commences upon order is completed at www.MiTopUp.com. The agreement ends as soon as the customer receives the purchased prepaid cellular service and it is available on the customer’s device.
PAYMENT
The payment of MiTopUp Products and Services is transacted by credit card. The currency of payment is US Dollars($). The credit card transaction will be processed and secured by MiTopUp merchant provider.
DELIVERY
Upon authorized purchase, the customer will immediately receive a “Payment Successful” message in the check out portal and an associated email with transaction details.
REFUND / CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION POLICY
All sales are final as each successful purchase is immediately registered to the customer’s cellular device. The customer has the right to request a refund or exchange if the prepaid cellular service package cannot be activated, does not register on the associated cellular network, service is out of network, or other technical problem originating from MiTopUp
LIABILITY AND WARRANTY
MiTopUp is not responsible for detriments arising as a result, that the proposed service is not or not constantly available. MiTopUp provides no guarantee of constant availability of the network service.
CUSTOMER AGREE AND CONFIRMS:
(a) MiTopUp is only limited to providing relevant services with reasonable skills and current conditions when performing its obligations related to this service, and members shall bear the risks of using this service by themselves;
(b) MiTopUp does not guarantee that: (i) this service or any of its content will meet the specific requirements or expectations of members; (ii) this service will not be disturbed, provided in a timely manner, safe and reliable, or will not cause any errors or omissions;
(c) MiTopUp shall not be responsible for any loss or compensation arising from the accuracy or reliability of the content of this service; nor will it assume any responsibility or make any compensation to members due to factors outside the control of MiTopUp that cause the obstruction or suspension of this service;
